1. What services do you offer?
We provide a full range of detailing services including interior cleaning, exterior washing, waxing, polishing, paint correction, and ceramic coating. Packages can be customized to meet your specific needs.

2. How do I book an appointment?
You can schedule your appointment online or by phone. A deposit is required to secure your booking.

3. Is a deposit required?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot. The deposit amount will be applied toward your total service cost.

4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment options (such as Cash App, Apple pay, or Zelle).

5. What happens if I need to reschedule?
We understand that things come up. You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance — your deposit will transfer to the new date. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will forfeit the deposit.

6. How long does a full detail take?
Depending on the size of the vehicle and the service selected, a full detail can take anywhere from 2 to 6 hours.

7. Do you offer mobile detailing services?
Yes, we come to you! Please ensure access to an electrical outlet and water source if required for your service.

8. What should I remove from my vehicle before my appointment?
Please remove all personal items, valuables, and trash from your vehicle before your appointment. This allows us to perform a thorough cleaning efficiently.

10. What if it rains or there is bad weather?
If weather conditions prevent us from servicing your vehicle, we’ll reschedule your appointment for the next available date at no additional cost.

Terms of Service

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
The deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.
Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Prices are subject to change based on the condition, size, and type of vehicle.
We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage or personal items left in the vehicle.
All services are provided at the discretion of the detailer; we reserve the right to refuse service for unsanitary or hazardous vehicle conditions.
